STATUTORY RULES
REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1967.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the

Amendments of the Customs Regulations
(
a ) by omitting paragraph (c ) of sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—“ (
c ) a description of the goods;”;(
b ) by omitting paragraph (g ) of sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following paragraph:—“ (
g )the quantity of the goods;”; and(
c ) by omitting from paragraph (b ) of sub-regulation (3.) the words “ , in the presence of a witness ”.
“ 37.—(1.) Subject to the next succeeding sub-regulation, an entry for home consumption under section 40a or section 68 of the Act shall be in accordance with Form 11.
“ (2.) Where warehoused goods have been
entered for removal to a place specified in the entry in pursuance of paragraph
