REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1923.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL, in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901-1923, to come into operation on the first day of November, One thousand nine hundred and twenty-three.

Amendment of the Customs Regulations.

(Statutory Rules 1921, No. 206, as amended by Statutory Rules 1922, Nos. 6 and 21, and Statutory Rules 1923, Nos. 59 and 132.)

Regulation 154 Ia of the Customs Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (c);

(b) by renumbering sub-paragraph (iii) to read (ii);

(c) by omitting sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (d);

(d) by renumbering sub-paragraph (iii) to read (ii).
