I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall be deemed to have come into operation on 2 February 1985.

Rate of rebate of duty in respect of diesel fuel

2. Regulation 128c of the Customs Regulations is amended by omitting “$0.07155” and substituting “$0.07341”.
