Customs Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

Entry for home consumption, for warehousing—required particulars

Regulation 37 of the Customs Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting paragraph (1) (e) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(e) the tariff, statistical, country of origin and value base codes in respect of the goods to which the entry relates, details of any other factors that affect the amount of duty payable and a full description of the goods;”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph (1) (l) “in Australian currency”; and

(c) by omitting from paragraph (1) (m) “in Australian currency”.
