THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under
the

“127a. A rebate is not payable to a person under subsection 164 (1) of the Act in respect of diesel fuel purchased by the person earlier than 12 months before 1 August 1987, being the date of the repeal of subregulation 127 (7).”.
(a) by omitting subparagraph (1) (e) (v); and

(b) by inserting after subparagraph (2) (a) (viii) the following subparagraph:
“(viiia) where a person other than the applicant is involved, or likely to be involved, in the use of the fuel to which the application relates—the name, address and occupation of that person and the quantity in litres of that fuel that is or is likely to be used by that person;”.
