Customs Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

After regulation 128a of the Customs Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Circumstances in which fee not payable under subsection 163 (1c) of the Act

“128ab. A fee is not payable under subsection 163 (1c) of the Act in respect of an application for a refund of duty paid in respect of goods if the goods are goods in relation to which paragraph 126 (fa) or (fb) or paragraph 128a (1) (b) applies.”.
