Customs Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Commencement

1. Subregulation 3.1 is taken to have commenced on 1 January 1988.

Amendments

2. The Customs Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Schedule 2

3.1  Item 8:

Omit, substitute:

“8

Solutions or tablets for cleaning, disinfecting, lubricating or conditioning artificial eyes

Solutions or tablets for cleaning, disinfecting, lubricating or conditioning contact lenses”.

3.2 Item 9:

Omit, substitute:

“9 3926.20.2”.
