Customs Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901,hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

After regulation 183 of the Customs Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Prescribed period for purposes of subsection 269tf (1) of the Act

“183a. For the purposes of subsection 269tf (1) of the Act, the prescribed period is 30 days.”.
