Customs Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1989.

Outwards duty free shops

2. Regulation 93 of the Customs Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (7) (c) “second to last day on which the duty free shop is open for business” and substituting “tenth day”.
