I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following

Regulations under the Customs

Act 1901.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 July 1989.

Circumstances under which refunds, rebates and remissions are made

2. Regulation 126 of the Customs Regulations is amended by omitting

paragraph

(k).

Conditions for refund etc. of duty

3. Regulation 127 of the Customs Regulations is amended by omitting

subregulation (6).
