Customs Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

Application: particulars prescribed

Regulation 181 of the Customs Regulations is amended:

(a) by adding at the end of paragraph (1) (d) “including the tariff classification that applies to those goods”;

(b) by omitting paragraphs (1) (m) and (n);

(c) by adding at the end of paragraph (1) (t) “and”;

(d) by omitting from paragraph (1) (ta) “and” (last occurring);

(e) by omitting paragraph (1) (u);

(f) by omitting from paragraphs (2) (a) and (b) “the office of the Customs” and substituting “Customs House”;

(g) by omitting from paragraph (2) (c) “Assistant Comptroller-General of the Tariff Concession and Quota Branch” and substituting “Manager of the Tariff Concessions and Quotas Component”.
