I, T H E G O V E R N O R - G E N E R A L of the Commonwea l th of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Commencement

1. These Regulations are to be taken to have commenced on 21

December 1989.

Conditions for refund on petrol

2. Regulation 128F of the Cus toms Regulations is amended:

(a)

by omitt ing " au tho r i s ed" (wherever

occurring);

(b)

by omitting from subregulation (5) the definition of "authorised officer".
