Customs Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

1. Commencement

1.1 Regulation 3 is to be taken to have commenced on 31 May 1990.

2. Amendments

2.1 The Customs Regulations arc amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Schedule 2 (Goods in respect of which concession orders shall not he made)

3.1 Omit “tonnes” from item 38, substitute “tonnes, snowmobiles and other snowfield vehicles”.
