REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1936.*

GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations.
The Third Schedule to the Customs
(Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-paragraph (
“(
a ) an import permit issued by the Minister of State for Civil Aviation; and”.
