1947. No. 119.

 

REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1936.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901-1936.

Amendments of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations. 

The First Schedule.

1. The First Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting item 3.

The Second Schedule.

2. The Second Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting item 1a and inserting in its stead the following item:—

“1a │ Animals of all kinds”; and

(b) By inserting after item 9 the following item:—

“9aa │ Fish, living, and spawn of fish”.
