UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1947.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the Customs Act 1901-1947.

AMENDMENT OF
THE CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED IMPORTS) REGULATIONS.
The Second Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports)
Regulations is amended—
(a) by omitting item 2 and inserting in
its stead the following item :—
" 2
| Ammunition for rifles of a military type, being of a calibre
larger than .22 inches ";
|
(b) by inserting after item 15 the
following item :—
" 15AA
| Nitrogen mustards and devices and apparatus designed for use
therewith ";
|
(c) byomitting item 17 and inserting in its
stead the following item :—
" 17
| Rifles of a military type, being of a calibre larger than .22
inches, and parts of such rifles ";
|
(d) by omitting item 18.
