Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1950.*
I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of
the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the
Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the

Amendment of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations.
The Third Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended—
(
a ) by inserting after item 10 the following item:—

(
b ) by omitting from item 12a the word “Supply” and inserting in its stead the words “Shipping and Transport”.
