REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901.*

AMENDMENT OF THE CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED IMPORTS) REGULATIONS
The Second Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 18 the following item:—
| Goods that of their own nature, or having regard to any advertising or other matter with which the goods are packaged, encourage or tend to encourage the taking of a drug, being a drug specified in the Fourth Schedule ”. |
