acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulation under the

After regulation 4B of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations the following regulation is inserted:
Prohibition of importation of goods from the Argentine Republic
(1) The importation of goods into Australia from the Argentine Republic is prohibited.
Sub-regulation (1) does not prohibit—
(a) the importation of goods that were exported from the Argentine Republic before 8 April 1982; or
(b) the importation of goods by, or for the purposes of delivery to, the purchaser of the goods under a contract of sale entered into before 8 April 1982.”.
