Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations2(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Third Schedule

1. The Third Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting from the third column of Item 3 “1 July 1981” and substituting “1 October 1982”.

Commencement

 2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 1 October 1982.
