Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Second Schedule

1. The Second Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting items 3, 5, 5a, 23, 23a and 31.

Commencement

2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 1 May 1984.
