(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Third Schedule

1. The Third Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting paragraph (a) from the second column of Item 23a.

Commencement

2. Regulation 1 shall come into operation on 1 October 1984.
