Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the
Dated 26 October 1984.

“(1a) A permission under sub-regulation (1) to import goods is granted subject to such conditions or requirements as are specified in the permission, being—
(a) conditions or requirements with respect to possession, custody, use, disposal or destruction of the goods, or with respect to accounting for the goods, to be complied with, either before or after the importation of the goods, by the holder of the permission; or
(b) conditions with respect to the exportation of the goods from Australia, before the expiration of a specified period or that period as extended with the approval of the Collector, by—
(i) the holder of the permission; or
(ii) in the case of a permission granted to a natural person—that person or, if that person dies before the expiration of that period or that period as extended, as the case may be, the legal personal representative of that person.”.
