Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations2

I, T H E G O V E R N O R - G E N E R A L of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

Goods the importation of which is prohibited unless conditions or restrictions complied with

Regulation 4 of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1A) and substituting the following sub-regulation:

" ( 1 A ) A permission granted for the purposes of sub-regulation (1 ) may specify conditions or requirements to be complied with by the holder of the permission and may, in respect of any such condition or requirement, specify the time, being a time either before or after the importation of the goods to which the permission relates, at or before which the condition or requirement is to be complied with by the holder of the permission.".
