Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Prohibition of importation of aircraft, airframes and aircraft engines

1. Regulation 4n of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3) “the Department of Transport” and substituting “that Department”.

Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting from Item 8 all the words from and including “Confectionery” to and including “consumption” and substituting “Confectionery, the consumption”.
