(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

First Schedule

The First Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting from Item 20 “made from the fermented juice of fresh grapes” (wherever occurring).
