(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

Importation of woolpacks and woolpack caps

Regulation 4k of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (3) “18 May 1979” (wherever occurring) and substituting “24 May 1985”;

(b) by omitting from paragraph 3 (b) “3 June 1982” and substituting “24 May 1985”; and

(c) by omitting from sub-regulation (4) “18 May 1979” and substituting “24 May 1985”.
