REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1936.*

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901-1936.

Amendment of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations. 

First Schedule

The First Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 14 the following item:—

“ 15. Fireworks, manufactured, which are liable to explode violently, and contain potassium chlorate, or other chlorates, in admixture with sulphur, any sulphide, phosphorus or aluminium, with or without the addition of any other substance.”.
