Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

Fourth Schedule

The Fourth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after Item 14 the following items:

“14aa Cathine

14ab Cathinone”;

(b) by inserting after Item 31 the following items:

“31a 2, 5-Dimethoxyamphetamine

31b 2, 5-Dimethoxy-4-ethylamphetamine”;

(c) by inserting after Item 45 the following item:

“45aa N-Ethylamphetamine”;

(d) by inserting after Item 50 the following items:

“50a Fencamfamin

50b Fenetylline

50c Fenproporex”;

(e) by inserting after Item 64 the following items:

“64a Levamphetamine

64b Levomethamphetamine”;

(f) by inserting after Item 69a the following item:

“69b Mefenorex”;

(g) by inserting after Item 76 the following items:

“76a 5-Methoxy-3, 4-methylenedioxyamphetamine

76b 3, 4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine”;

(h) by inserting after Item 93 the following item:

93aa Paramethoxyamphetamine”;

(i) by inserting after Item 114 the following item:

“114a Propylhexedrine”;

(j) by inserting after Item 116 the following item:

“116a Pyrovalerone”; and

(k) by inserting after Item 122 the following item:

“123 3, 4, 5,-Trimethoxyamphetamine”.
