Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Repeal of regulation 4f

1. Regulation 4f of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is repealed.

First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting items 9, 14 and 27.

Third Schedule

3. The Third Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting items 9 and 28.
