(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Third Schedule

1. The Third Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by omitting items 2 and 3.

Schedule 9

2. Schedule 9 to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting item 1 and substituting the following item:

“1. Aldrin...............................

(HHDN)

(1R,4S,4aS,5S,8R,8aR)-1,2,3,4,10,10- hexachloro-1,4,4a,5,8,8a-hexahydro-1,4:5,8-dimethanonaphthalene”;

(b) by omitting from column 2 of item 3 the letters “BHX” and substituting the letters “BHC”.
