Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under theCustoms Act 1901.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations.

Repeal of regulation 4l

2. Regulation 4l of the Principal Regulations is repealed.

First Schedule

3. The First Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting items 10 and 19.

Third Schedule

4. The Third Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 8.
