Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I. THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations

2. Regulation 4k (Importation of woolpacks and woolpack caps)

2.1 Paragraphs 4k (3) (a), (b) and (c) and subregulation 4k (4):

Omit “24 May 1985”, substitute “27 July 1990”.

3. Third Schedule (Goods the importation of which is prohibited unless specified conditions, restrictions or requirements are complied with)

3.1 Item 23a:

Omit the item.
