REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1974*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901-1974.

Amendment of the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 

Second Schedule.

The Second Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations is amended by inserting after item 30a the following item:—

“ 30b

Television receivers of a kind that has a half-wave rectified power supply, or power supplies that include a half-wave rectified power supply, that is not electrically isolated from the mains power supply by means of a double-wound transformer incorporated into the television receiver ”.
