Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Amendment Regulations 2006 (No. 1).

Commencement
These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

Amendment of Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956
Schedule 1 amends the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956.

A jelly confectionery product that: (a) contains the ingredient ‘konjac’ (also known as glucomannan, conjac, konnyaku, konjonac, taro powder and yam flour); and (b) is supplied in a container that has a height or width of less than or equal to 45mm; including a product marketed using the expression ‘mini‑cup’. |
