  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 5).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

  1. Amendment of Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956

Schedule 1 amends the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956.

Schedule 1          Amendments

(regulation 3)

[1]          Schedule 1, item 26, paragraph (d)

omit the second mention of

terrier

insert

terrier;

[2]          Schedule 1, item 26, after paragraph (d)

insert

(e)       Perro de Presa Canario or Presa Canario
