1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Amendment Regulations 2005 (No. 3).

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3Amendment of Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956

Schedule 1 amends the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956.

Crossbows that, when discharged, are capable of causing:

  1. (a)

    damage to property; or

  2. (b)

    bodily harm;

other than toy crossbows
