  1. Name of regulation

This regulation is the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Amendment Regulation 2012 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

This regulation commences on 1 July 2012.

  1. Amendment of Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956

Schedule 1 amends the Customs (Prohibited Imports) Regulations 1956.

Schedule 1          Amendments

(section 3)

[1]          Subregulation 2 (1), definition SGG

SGG means:

(a)an HFC; or

(b)a PFC; or

(c)sulfur hexafluoride.
