REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT
1901-1917.*
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia,
acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901-1947.

AMENDMENTS
OF THE CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED EXPORTS) REGULATIONS.
Third
Schedule.
1. The Third
Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by adding
at the end thereof the following items :—

| Peanuts, peanut butter,
peanut kernels, peanut oil and peanut paste
| The intending exporter shall produce to the Collector of Customs
a covering approval issued by the Department of Commerce and Agriculture

| Cotton seed and cotton seed oil ....
| The intending exporter shall produce to the Collector of Customs
a covering approval issued by the Department of Commerce and Agriculture
