REGULATIONS UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 19011

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

AMENDMENT OF THE CUSTOMS (PROHIBITED EXPORTS)

REGULATIONS2

Ninth Schedule

 The Ninth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by adding at the end of Item 8 the following paragraphs:

  • “; (g)

    frequency changers capable of multiphase electrical output of not less than 600 hertz and not more than 2000 hertz and parts, components and sub-assemblies for such frequency changers;

  • (h)

    bulging dies”.
