acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the
following Regulations under the

(d) by inserting after Item 9 in Part II the following item:
“9A Mecloqualone”;
(e) by inserting after Item 11 in Part II the following item:

(f) by inserting after Item 12 in Part II the following item:
