Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 May 1984.

Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting items 1, 1a, 3f, 7 and 8 from Part I; and

(b) by omitting Part V.

Twelfth Schedule

3. The Twelfth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting Part I; and

(b) by omitting the heading “Part II”.
