Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

Schedule 13

Schedule 13 to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the following item:

“33. Goods containing 10 per cent or more, by weight, of any of the following chemical compounds:

potassium fluoride

dimethyl methylphosphonate

methyl phosphonyl difluoride

phosphorous oxychloride

thiodiglycol

chloroethanol

dimethylamine

methyl phosphonyl dichloride”.
