Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 2
(Amendment)
I, T H E G O V E R N O R - G E N E R A L of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the

amended by inserting after sub-regulation ( 1 A ) the following sub-regulation:
"(1B) In the Twelfth Schedule—
(a) | a reference to a copy of a cinematograph film or of a sound recording or to the publication of a cinematograph film or of a sound recording has the same meaning as a similar reference in the |
(b) | a reference to Australia, in relation to the performance of any act or the doing of any thing, includes a place that— |
(i) was, at the time of the performance of that act or the doing of that thing; or
(ii) became, after that time,
an external Territory, whether or not that place has subsequently
ceased to be an external Territory.".

2 . The Twelfth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulationsis amended by adding at the end thereof the following item:
"6 A copy of a cinematograph film or of a sound recording, being a
cinematograph film or sound recording that—
(a) | was made in Australia not less than 40 years before the exportation, or proposed exportation, of that copy; and |
(b) | has been at any time published in Australia or elsewhere". |
