Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations 2 (Amendment)
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the
Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive
Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the

“13c. (1) A reference in this regulation to an authorized person shall be read as a reference to a person authorized in writing by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs to approve, for the purposes of these Regulations, the exportation from Australia to the Republic of South Africa of goods specified in Schedule 14.
“(2) The exportation from Australia to the Republic of South Africa of goods specified in Schedule 14 is prohibited unless an approval in writing to the exportation of the goods to that country issued by the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs or by an authorized person is produced to a Collector.”.

GOODS THE EXPORTATION OF WHICH TO THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA IS PROHIBITED UNLESS THE APPROVAL OF THE MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS OR AN AUTHORIZED PERSON IS PRODUCED TO THE COLLECTOR
