Prohibition against export except with approval of Minister of State for

Arts, Heritage and Environment

1. Regulation 13A of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by omitting from sub-regulations (1) and (2) "Minister of State for Home Affairs and Environment" and substituting "Minister of State for Arts, Heritage and Environment".

2 . The Twelfth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited

Exports)

Regulations is amended—

(a)

by omitting from the heading "MINISTER OF STATE FOR HOME

AFFAIRS

A N D

E N V I R O N M E N T "

and

substituting

"MINISTER

OF STATE FOR ARTS, H E RI T A G E A N D

ENVIRONMENT";

and

(b)

by adding at the end the following item:

"7

Lithographic stones that have been used in the production of postage

stamps in Australia".
