(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Prohibition against export of certain goods

1. Regulation 9 of the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (1) (a), “and Resources”.

Seventh Schedule

2. The Seventh Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from the heading “AND RESOURCES”; and

  • (b)

     by omitting item 15.
