Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations.

Repeal of Regulation 13

2. Regulation 13 of the Principal Regulations is repealed.

Third Schedule

3. The Third Schedule to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting items 4, 10, 22, 24, 25 and 32.

Repeal of the Eleventh Schedule

4. The Eleventh Schedule to the Principal Regulations is repealed.
