I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901.

Eighth Schedule

The Eighth Schedule to the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after Item 1 in Part II the following item:

“1a 4-Bromo- 2, 5-dimethoxyamphetamine”;

(b) by inserting after Item 3 in Part II the following item:

“3a Cathinone”;

(c) by inserting after Item 6 in Part II the following items:

“6a 2, 5-Dimethoxyamphetamine

6b 2, 5-Dimethoxy-4-ethylamphetamine”;

(d) by inserting after Item 7 in Part II the following items:

“7a Fenetylline

7b Levamphetamine

7c Levomethamphetamine”;

(e) by inserting after Item 11a in Part II the following items:

“11b 5-Methoxy-3, 4-methylenedioxyamphetamine

11c 3, 4-Methylenedioxyamphetamine

11d 3, 4-Methylenedioxymethamphetamine”;

(f) by inserting after Item 12 in Part II the following item:

“12aa Paramethoxyamphetamine”;

(g) by inserting after Item 17a in Part II the following item:

“17b 3, 4, 5,-Trimethoxyamphetamine”;

(h) by inserting after Item 3 in Part III the following item:

“3a Cathine”;

(i) by inserting after Item 4 in Part III the following items:

“4a N-Ethylamphetamine

4b Fencamfamin

4c Fenproporex”;

(j) by inserting after Item 8a in Part III the following item:

“8b Mefenorex”; and

(k) by inserting after Item 12 in Part III the following items:

“12a Propylhexedrine

12b Pyrovalerone”.
