Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Customs Act 1901.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Customs (Prohibited Exports) Regulations.

Exportation of goods to certain countries

2. Regulation 13e of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “Schedule 15” (wherever occurring) and substituting “Schedule 16”.

Duration of permission

3. Regulation 13f of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting “regulation 13d” (wherever occurring) and substituting “regulation 13e”.

The Schedules

4. Schedule 15 to the Principal Regulations (being the Schedule added to those Regulations by Statutory Rules 1987 No. 115) is repealed and the following Schedule substituted:
